Returns Web Portal

The Returns Web Portal is our platform to manage your reverse logistics. In it, you can configure your automated returns system and customize it with your brand image. So your customers will be able to manage their returns autonomously, in a fully automated and efficient system.

New: Rules

We have now incorporated a rule-based allocation engine for your returns system. As with our shipment assignment system, with the rules for Returns, you can determine what criteria the solution must follow to assign your return to each carrier. That is, you can decide if you want the return to be assigned to a carrier based on the price, the country of origin, the weight, etc. In this way you get the assignment of your expeditions to suit your interests and you always win.
