Sometimes, and especially in times of high concentration of shipments, carriers may experience incidents. These inconveniences can alter your logistics operations and what is worse, affect the expectations of your customers. To avoid this, at Deliverea we have created a new module , Carriers Backup .

With the activation of this new module you have the possibility of establishing an alternative carrier that is automatically assigned in case the original carrier is not providing service at that moment.

In addition, we have incorporated an information panel in the carriers section in traffic light format that will show the carriers with errors (red), those with intermittent errors (orange) and those that work normally (green).
